Enhanced System, Method, and Devices for Processing Inaudible Tones Associated with Audio Files

A inaudible tones device, comprising:

• a microphone receiving content from one or more sources;
• logic in communication with the microphone controlling the inaudible tones device, the logic detects one or more inaudible tones included in the content, extracts information associated with the one or more inaudible tones from the content, determines usage information associated with the content in response to the information, the usage information includes at least licensing information and content information;
• and
• a transceiver in communication with the logic that communicates the usage information to one or more parties associated with the content.

An inaudible tones device, comprising:

• a processor executing a set of instructions;
• a memory storing the set of instructions, wherein the set of instructions are executed to:
• receive content from one or more sources;
• detect one or more inaudible tones included in the content;
• extract information associated with the one or more inaudible tones from the content;
• determine usage information associated with the content in response to the information, the usage information includes at least licensing information and content information;
• and
• communicate the usage information to one or more parties associated with the content.
