Storage and picking system and picking method with improved goods transfer between two storage locations

A storage and order-picking system (1) for picking at least one ordered good (26a) into or onto a target loading aid (30), comprising

• a first storage zone (8) for storing goods (21a. . . 21b) of different types of good with the help of first loading aids (27a. . . 27c), in or on which respectively a plurality of goods (21a. . . 21e) are receivable and which are respectively configured so as to be different from a hanging bag,
• a second storage zone (16) for storing the goods (21a. . . 21e) of different types of good with the help of second loading aids (21a. . . 21c), which are respectively configured as a hanging bag or comprise such a hanging bag,
• a warehouse computer (32) for generating a transfer request for rearranging multiple transfer goods (31) of a type of good from the first storage zone (8) into the second storage zone (16) when the goods (21a. . . 21e) of this type of good are low in stock in the second storage zone (16),
• (a) first conveying device(s) (5a. . . 5b) for out-feeding the first loading aids (27a. . . 27c) with the transfer goods (31) from the first storage zone (8) on the basis of the transfer request,
• (a) second conveying device(s) (15a, 15b) for in-feeding the hanging bags (21a. . . 21c) with the transfer goods (31) into the second storage zone (16) on the basis of the transfer request and for out-feeding at least one ordered good (26a),
• a reloading station (19), to which the first conveying device(s) (5a. . . 5b) and the second conveying device(s) (15a, 15b) are coupled and which enables the reloading, on the basis of the transfer request, of the transfer goods (31) from a first loading aid (27a. . . 27c) into a hanging bag (29a. . . 29c) provisioned there,
• an order-processing computer (33) for acquiring an order for picking at least one ordered good (26a) and for ascertaining the ordered good(s) (26a) required for this picking order,
• a picking station (24), to which the second conveying device(s) (15a, 15b) is/are coupled and which enables the reloading, on the basis of the picking order, of the at least one ordered good (26a) from a hanging bag (21a. . . 21c) into or onto a target loading aid (30) provisioned there,
• wherein
• the warehouse computer (32) is configured to generate and execute the transfer request without reference to a picking order.
