Abstract
Apparatuses and methods for flexible data transmission considering configured grant (CG) timers are provided. One method may include receiving at least one configuration from at least one network entity. The method may further include evaluating at least one received uplink grant against at least one criterion associated with the at least one configuration. The method may further include selecting at least one configured grant timer value based on the at least one evaluation.
Claims21
A method, comprising:
- receiving at least one configuration from at least one network entity;
- evaluating at least one received uplink grant or at least one physical uplink shared channel of the at least one received uplink grant against at least one criterion associated with the at least one configuration;
- and
- selecting at least one timer value based on the evaluation.
An apparatus, comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory comprising computer program code,
- the at least one memory and computer program code are configured, with the at least one processor, to cause the apparatus at least to
- receive at least one configuration from at least one network entity;
- evaluate at least one received uplink grant or at least one physical uplink shared channel of the at least one received uplink grant against at least one criterion associated with the at least one configuration;
- and
- select at least one timer value based on the evaluation.
A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising program instructions stored thereon for performing at least the following:
- receiving at least one configuration from at least one network entity;
- evaluating at least one received uplink grant or at least one physical uplink shared channel of the at least one received uplink grant against at least one criterion associated with the at least one configuration;
- and
- selecting at least one timer value based on the evaluation.
