Analysis instrument

A method of operating an analysis instrument, the method comprising:

• receiving, at a sample receiving section, one or more samples provided by each user of a plurality of users;
• performing, at an analysis section, an analysis of each sample aliquot obtained from each sample received at the sample receiving section;
• generating, at the analysis section, an output based on the performed analysis;
• presenting, at a presentation section, the generated output in a human discernable format;
• autonomously generating, at an identification section, a plurality of identifiers that are each unique to a separate user of the plurality of users and one or more samples provided by the separate user, each identifier consisting of one or more of
• (i) one or more graphic symbols,
• (ii) one or more colours, or
• (iii) one or more numbers;
• and
• suppling each identifier for presentation at the presentation section together with a portion of the generated output that corresponds with the one or more samples provided by a particular user, of the plurality of users, to which the supplied identifier is unique.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a program of instructions that are executable to cause a microprocessor to perform a method to operate an analysis instrument, the method comprising:

• receiving, at a sample receiving section, one or more samples provided by each user of a plurality of users;
• performing, at an analysis section, an analysis of each sample aliquot obtained from each sample received at the sample receiving section;
• generating, at the analysis section, an output based on the performed analysis;
• presenting, at a presentation section, the generated output in a human discernable format;
• autonomously generating, at an identification section, plurality of identifiers that are each unique to a separate user of the plurality of users and to one or more samples provided by the separate user, each identifier consisting of one or more of
• (i) one or more graphic symbols,
• (ii) one or more colours, or
• (iii) one or more numbers;
• and
• suppling each identifier for presentation at the presentation section together with a portion of the generated output that corresponds with the one or more samples provided by a particular user, of the plurality of users, to which the supplied identifier is unique.
