A system comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- logic encoded in one or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media for execution by the one or more processors and when executed operable to cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- recording a motion of a user, wherein the motion comprises a gesture, and wherein the gesture comprises one or more of a horizontal head movement and a vertical head movement;
- determining one or more characteristics of the motion of the user;
- generating a motion identifier based on the one or more characteristics;
- and
- assigning the motion identifier to a television command for controlling a television function of a television.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium with program instructions stored thereon, the program instructions when executed by one or more processors are operable to cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- recording a motion of a user, wherein the motion comprises a gesture, and wherein the gesture comprises one or more of a horizontal head movement and a vertical head movement;
- determining one or more characteristics of the motion of the user;
- generating a motion identifier based on the one or more characteristics;
- and
- assigning the motion identifier to a television command for controlling a television function of a television.
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- recording a motion of a user, wherein the motion comprises a gesture, and wherein the gesture comprises one or more of a horizontal head movement and a vertical head movement;
