Electronic device

A wearable ring-type electronic device comprising:

• a ring-type housing;
• a display portion comprising a first curved surface along a second curved surface of the ring-type housing;
• a driver circuit;
• and
• a secondary battery overlapping with the display portion,
• wherein the display portion is an active matrix display device including an organic light-emitting element,
• wherein the display portion comprises a pixel portion including a plurality of pixels,
• wherein the pixel portion comprises a first transistor,
• wherein the driver circuit comprises a second transistor,
• wherein the first transistor and the second transistor are in contact with the same insulating film over a flexible substrate,
• wherein the pixel portion comprises a notch portion in a corner when the flexible substrate is in a flat state, and
• wherein the driver circuit supplies a signal to the pixel portion through a wiring positioned in the notch portion.

An electronic device comprising:

• a display portion;
• a driver circuit;
• and
• a secondary battery overlapping with the display portion,
• wherein the display portion is an active matrix display device including an organic light-emitting element,
• wherein the display portion comprises a pixel portion including a plurality of pixels,
• wherein the pixel portion comprises a first transistor,
• wherein the driver circuit comprises a second transistor,
• wherein the first transistor and the second transistor are in contact with the same insulating film over a flexible substrate,
• wherein the pixel portion comprises a notch portion in a corner when the flexible substrate is in a flat state, and
• wherein the driver circuit supplies a signal to the pixel portion through a wiring positioned in the notch portion.
