A non-fullerene acceptor compound containing benzoselenadiazole having the following formula:
- wherein Ar1 is a five-membered heterocyclic ring;
- Ar2 is a monocyclic or polycyclic C5-C20 heteroaromatic derivative;
- π is a monocyclic or polycyclic C5-C20 heteroaromatic derivative,
- wherein m=0-5;
- and
- EG is a monocyclic or polycyclic derivative containing a ketone group and electron-withdrawing group.

An organic optoelectronic device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a bottom electrode disposed on the substrate;
- a top electrode arranged opposite to the bottom electrode;
- and
- an intermediate layer which is mounted between the bottom electrode and the top electrode and including a first carrier transport layer, a second transport layer, and an active layer which is arranged between the first carrier transport layer and the second carrier transport layer and including a non-fullerene acceptor compound containing benzoselenadiazole having the following structural formula
- wherein Ar1 is a five-membered heterocyclic ring;
- Ar2 is a monocyclic or polycyclic C5-C20 heteroaromatic derivative;
- π is a monocyclic or polycyclic C5-C20 heteroaromatic derivative,
- wherein m=0-5;
- and
- EG is a monocyclic or polycyclic derivative containing a ketone group and electron-withdrawing group.
