A hepatitis B vaccine comprising an hepatitis B virus L protein or a variant thereof, which is obtained by a method of synthesizing and isolating and purifying by a genetic engineering method or a method of synthesizing by a cell-free synthetic system, wherein the L protein or a variant thereof has an antigenic particle structure.
