Abstract
Compositions including the combination of cremastranone analogs and anti-angiogenic agents and the use of the compositions for targeting ocular angiogenesis such as seen in neovascular eye diseases are disclosed.

A composition comprising 0.5 μM SH-11037 having the formula:
- and
- from 50 μg/ml to 800 μg/ml of aflibercept.
A composition comprising a synthetic compound having the formula:
- and
- an anti-angiogenic agent.
A composition comprising a synthetic compound having the formula selected from the group consisting of:
- and mixtures thereof, and
- an anti-angiogenic agent.
