Abstract
A flow path for liquid chromatography, which analyzes hemoglobin within a blood sample, is subjected to a surface treatment with a liquid in which is dissolved a surface treating agent having a molecular weight of 200 or less and having two or more chemical structures in each of which a hydroxy group (—OH) and an oxo group (═O) are respectively bonded directly to one phosphor (P) atom.
Claims14
A treatment method, comprising subjecting a flow path for liquid chromatography, which analyzes hemoglobin within a blood sample, to a surface treatment with a liquid in which is dissolved a surface treating agent having a molecular weight of 200 or less and having two or more chemical structures in each of which a hydroxy group (—OH) and an oxo group (═O) are respectively bonded directly to one phosphor (P) atom.
An analyzing device for analyzing hemoglobin within a blood sample by liquid chromatography, the device comprising:
- a flow path through which the blood sample and an eluent flow,
- wherein a surface treating agent, having a molecular weight of 200 or less and having two or more chemical structures in each of which a hydroxy group (—OH) and an oxo group (═O) are respectively bonded directly to one phosphor (P) atom, is bonded to the flow path.
A surface treating liquid for a flow path for liquid chromatography analysis of hemoglobin within a blood sample, the surface treating liquid comprising a surface treating agent having a molecular weight of 200 or less and having two or more chemical structures in each of which a hydroxy group (—OH) and an oxo group (═O) are respectively bonded directly to one phosphor (P) atom.
