An information processing device comprising:
- a state change prediction unit that predicts a change in a user state due to actions scheduled by the user;
- and
- a notification information generation unit that generates notification information for the user on the basis of a prediction result obtained by the state change prediction unit.
An information processing method for causing a processor to execute:
- predicting a change in a user state due to actions scheduled by the user;
- and
- generating notification information for the user on the basis of the predicted change in the user state.
