A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions of a semiconductor process machine learning module, wherein the instructions, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations, wherein the operations include:

• receiving semiconductor process parameters;
• and
• generating semiconductor process result information from the semiconductor process parameters, and
• wherein the semiconductor process machine learning module is a trained module that has been trained based on,
• a machine learning generator configured to generate the generated semiconductor process result information from the semiconductor process parameters and trained based on supervised learning, and
• a machine learning discriminator configured to discriminate whether the generated semiconductor process result information is true and to implement a generative adversarial network together with the machine learning generator.
