Abstract
A touch panel comprises a first substrate (1), a second substrate (2) opposite to the first substrate (1), and spacers (5) between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2). At least one of the spacers (5) comprises a piezoelectric material. The piezoelectric material is a graphene-polyborosiloxane composite.

A touch panel, comprising:
- a first substrate,
- a second substrate opposite the first substrate, and
- spacers between the first substrate and the second substrate,
- wherein at least one of the spacers comprises a piezoelectric material and the piezoelectric material is a graphene-polyborosiloxane composite.

A method of fabricating a touch panel, comprising:
- forming first signal lines and second signal lines on a first substrate and a second substrate respectively,
- forming a pattern of spacers on a base substrate by a patterning process, wherein the base substrate is one of the first substrate or the second substrate, and
- assembling the first substrate and the second substrate to form a cell,
- wherein at least one of the spacers comprises a piezoelectric material.
