Abstract
An electrode film includes a flexible substrate, a functional layer disposed at one side in a thickness direction of the flexible substrate, and an electrically conductive carbon layer disposed at one side in the thickness direction of the functional layer and having an sp2 bond and an sp3 bond.

An electrode film comprising:
- a flexible substrate,
- a functional layer disposed at one side in a thickness direction of the flexible substrate, and
- an electrically conductive carbon layer disposed at one side in the thickness direction of the functional layer and having an sp2 bond and an sp3 bond.
