Abstract
The disclosure relates to dsRNAs and siRNAs targeting glypican-2 (GPC2) and nanoparticles comprising same, for the treatment of cancer.
Claims39
A nanoparticle comprising a small interfering RNA (siRNA), wherein the siRNA comprises a sense region and anti-sense region complementary to said sense region such that the sense region and the anti-sense region together form an RNA duplex, and wherein the sense region comprises a sequence at least 70% identical to a glypican-2 (GPC2) mRNA sequence.
