Abstract
The disclosure provides compositions comprising multi-specific compounds, including a compound that targets a phosphatase and a receptor tyrosine kinase agonist. A method of treating a condition in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically-effective amount of a compound comprising:
- (a) a first domain, wherein the first domain modulates a phosphatase, wherein the phosphatase modulates Tie2;
- and
- (b) a second domain that specifically binds a receptor tyrosine kinase agonist.
