Antifouling paint composition

An antifouling paint composition, comprising:

• at least one compound (A) selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by Formula (1), Formula (2), and Formula (3);
• and
• a vinyl-based copolymer (B),
• wherein in the formulae, Ra, Rb, and Rc each represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 40 carbon atoms;
• X represents —O—, —S—, or —NR14—, where R14 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group;
• R1 and R2 each represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms;
• R3 and R5 each represents an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group, or an aryl group;
• and R4 and R6 each represents an alkylene group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.
