Claims7
A method of treating renal cancer in a patient, the method comprising administering to the patient a safe amount of an anti-PSMA×CD3 antibody fragment, wherein the anti-PSMA×CD3 antibody comprises a first binding domain that specifically binds PSMA and a second binding domain that specifically binds CD3, wherein the first binding domain comprises a heavy chain (HC) of SEQ ID NO:7 and a light chain (LC) of SEQ ID NO:8 and the second binding domain comprises a heavy chain (HC) of SEQ ID NO:17 and a light chain (LC) of SEQ ID NO:18.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an antigen binding protein of SEQ ID NOs:
- 7, 8, 17 and 18 for use in the treatment of a renal cancer in a patient, wherein the composition is administered to the patient at an initial dose of about 0.1 μg/kg at week 1.
