An anti-CD73 antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof, wherein the antibody binds to the same epitope of human CD73 as an antibody comprising:
- a) a heavy chain (HC) comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 9 and 41 and a light chain (LC) comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 13 and 42;
- b) an HC comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 10 and 41 and an LC comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 14 and 42;
- c) an HC comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 11 and 41 and an LC comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 15 and 42;
- or
- d) an HC comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 12 and 41 and an LC comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 16 and 42.
