Foam-in-bag systems and components thereof

A method of forming a system for holding a roll of film, wherein the roll comprises a core with film wound around the core and the core has an inner surface, the method comprising:

• coupling a proximal wing to a rod such that the proximal wing is capable of rotating about the rod, wherein the rod has an outer diameter that is smaller than an inner diameter of the core, and wherein the proximal wing includes:
• contact surfaces configured to contact diametrically-opposed locations on a proximal side of the inner surface of the core, and
• non-contact surfaces that span between the contact surfaces of the proximal wing, wherein the non-contact surfaces of the proximal wing are configured to not contact the core if the core has a cylindrical shape;
• and
• coupling a distal wing to the rod such that the proximal wing is capable of rotating about the rod, wherein the distal wing includes:
• contact surfaces configured to contact diametrically-opposed locations on a distal side of the inner surface of the core, and
• non-contact surfaces that span between the contact surfaces of the distal wing, wherein the non-contact surfaces of the distal wing are configured to not contact the core if the core has a cylindrical shape;
• wherein the proximal and distal wings are coupled to the rod such that the distal wing is capable of rotating around the rod independently of the proximal wing.
