Abstract
To users who do not satisfy a specific usage condition, guidance of the specific usage condition is provided. Therefore, a print log including a printer identifier and information regarding the usage history of the printer are obtained, so that the guidance of the specific usage condition is provided to the users, based on the obtained print log.

An information processing system including
- an image forming apparatus configured to form an image, and
- a server system including one or more servers connected to the image forming apparatus via a network, the server system comprising:
- a receiving unit configured to receive usage history information of the image forming apparatus and identification information of the image forming apparatus;
- a storage unit configured to store the identification information and user information of a user who uses the image forming apparatus in association with each other;
- a first obtaining unit configured to obtain the user information from the storage unit, based on the identification information received by the receiving unit;
- a second obtaining unit configured to obtain a value of a specific item from the usage history information received by the receiving unit;
- and
- a notification unit configured to be capable of notifying the user of predetermined information, based on the user information obtained by the first obtaining unit and the value obtained by the second obtaining unit.

- a second obtaining step in which the server system obtains a value of a specific item from the usage history information received in the receiving step;

- a notifying step in which the server system notifies the user of predetermined information, based on the user information obtained in the first obtaining step and the value obtained in the second obtaining step.
