Abstract
A water-cooled grow light apparatus has a housing, cooling components, and light components. The housing stores the cooling and light components. The cooling components regulate the heat produced by the light components. While the cooling components are regulating the heat, the light components power the water-cooled grow light apparatus and produce the full spectrum of light.

A water-cooled grow light apparatus comprising:
- a housing comprising a plurality of louvers and fan apertures;
- a circuit board and a controller for controlling a plurality of lights;
- a cooling fin in contact with the circuit board and controller;
- at least one pump having a base plate in contact with the cooling fin, water circulating through the pump to the base plate and to a plurality of radiators via a plurality of tubes;
- a plurality of fans coupled to the radiators;
- and
- at least one power adjuster for adjusting the intensity of the lights.

A water-cooled grow light apparatus comprising:
- a housing comprising coupling sites for attaching the grow light apparatus to an elevated structure;
- at least one power switch, at least one power adjuster, and a timer display;
- at least one fan aperture to receive at least one fan;
- at least one radiator coupled to the at least one fan;
- a removably attachable top panel;
- a plurality of louvers to allow for air flow through the housing;
- a cooling system comprising a cooling fin, at least one pump having a thermally conductive base plate in contact with the cooling fin, at least one radiator, a plurality of tubes to allow for water circulation between the at least one radiator and at least one pump, and fans coupled to the radiators;
- and
- a plurality of small lights and a plurality of large lights.
