Method for transmitting or receiving signal in wireless communication system and apparatus therefor

A method of transmitting downlink (DL) control information (DCI) by a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

• transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), first information regarding a reference subcarrier spacing (SCS);
• generating the DCI that comprises second information regarding a slot format that is related to the reference SCS;
• and
• transmitting, through a UE group common physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), the DCI to a UE group comprising the UE,
• wherein, in a state in which the reference SCS is different from a first SCS used by the UE, the BS indicates the slot format to the UE based on the reference SCS.

A user equipment (UE) configured to receive downlink (DL) control information DCI in a wireless communication system, the UE, comprising:

• a receiver;
• and
• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one computer memory operatively coupled to the at least one processor and storing instructions,
• the at least one processor, when the instructions are executed, that:
• receives, via the receiver, first information regarding a reference subcarrier spacing (SCS);
• receives, via the receiver, the DCI through a UE group common-physical downlink control channel (PDCCH);
• obtains, from the DCI, second information regarding a slot format that is related to the reference SCS;
• and
• based on a first SCS used by the UE being different from the reference SCS, applies the slot format to a plurality of slots of the first SCS, wherein the plurality of slots of the first SCS correspond to a slot of the reference SCS.

A base station (BS) configured to transmit downlink (DL) control information (DCI) in a wireless communication system, the BS comprising:

• a transmitter;
• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one computer memory operatively coupled to the at least one processor and storing instructions,
• the at least one processor, when the instructions are executed, that:
• transmits, via the transmitter and to a user equipment (UE), first information regarding a reference subcarrier spacing (SCS);
• generates the DCI that comprises second information regarding a slot format that is related to the reference SCS;
• and
• transmits, via the transmitter and through a UE group common physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), the DCI to a UE group comprising the UE,
• wherein, in a state in which the reference SCS is different from a first SCS used by the UE, the at least one processor indicates the slot format to the UE based on the reference SCS.
