Abstract
A portable battery pack containing multiple battery stacks operable to deliver power to equipment with differing power requirements that may further be compact and easily maintained. Further, the battery pack may have an integrated battery management system and charger system to prevent over-discharge and/or overcharging of the battery cells contained therein.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- transporting a battery pack to a first apparatus needing power;
- connecting a first battery stack of the battery pack to the first apparatus via a first output;
- operating at least one electrical component of the first apparatus with the first battery stack;
- disconnecting the first battery stack from the first apparatus;
- transporting the battery pack to a second apparatus needing power;
- connecting a second battery stack of the battery pack to the second apparatus via a second output;
- operating at least one electrical component of the second apparatus with the second battery stack;
- and
- disconnecting the second battery stack from the second apparatus.
