Abstract
An anode slurry composition that can be applied to the production of anodes to cope with shrinkage and expansion by repeated charge and discharge. The anode slurry composition also provides an excellent binding force between active materials and adhesive force to a current collector. An anode and a secondary battery comprising the anode slurry composition are also provided.

An anode slurry composition comprising:
- an anode active material;
- and
- an acrylic polymer,
- wherein the acrylic polymer comprises:
- 60 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight of a carboxylic acid-containing monomer unit relative to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer,
- 5 parts by weight to 35 parts by weight of a hydroxyl group-containing monomer unit relative to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer, and
- 1 part by weight to 10 parts by weight of a monomer unit having an unshared electron pair relative to 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer.
