An information processing apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor configured to determine whether or how to present a loan offer to a user on the basis of the user's financial demand.
A non-transitory recording medium storing a program which when executed by at least one processor causes the at least one processor to determine whether or how to present a loan offer to a user on the basis of the user's financial demand.
