An asset management method, comprising:

• acquiring information on a pipe being a diagnostic target as pipe information;
• setting, based on the pipe information that is commonly shared by the pipes being diagnostic targets, an evaluation item for the pipes;
• calculating a priority level of a response for each of the pipes being diagnostic targets with respect to the evaluation item;
• and
• outputting data for comparing, among the pipes being diagnostic targets, calculated priority levels.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores an asset management program causing a computer to execute:

• acquisition processing of acquiring information on a pipe being a diagnostic target as pipe information;
• evaluation item setting processing of setting, based on the pipe information that is commonly shared by the pipes being diagnostic targets, an evaluation item for the pipes;
• priority level calculation processing of calculating a priority level of a response for each of the pipes being diagnostic targets with respect to the evaluation item;
• and
• output processing of outputting data for comparing, among the pipes being diagnostic targets, calculated priority levels.
