User terminal apparatus and control method thereof

An Internet of things (IoT) environment-based user terminal apparatus comprising:

• a transceiver;
• a display;
• and
• at least one processor configured to:
• control the display to display a first user interface (UI) including information on a device and a plurality of conditions of the device,
• control the display to display a second UI including information on a plurality of devices,
• based on a first condition of the device being selected among the plurality of conditions through the first UI and a first device being selected among the plurality of devices through the second UI, control, through the transceiver, the first device to provide an alarm in response to satisfaction of the first condition of the device,
• based on a second condition of the device being selected among the plurality of conditions through the first UI and a second device being selected among the plurality of devices through the second UI, control, through the transceiver, the second device to provide an alarm in response to satisfaction of the second condition of the device, and
• control the display to display a third UI including information on the device, the first device and the second device.
