A compound having formula (I), or a geometrical isomer, enantiomer, diastereomer, isotope or mixture thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein
- R1 is a C1-4 alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen substituents;
- R2 is a C1-4 alkyl containing at least one hydroxy or alkoxy substituent;
- and
- R3 is a methyl (including —CD3).
