Abstract

A method, a Bluetooth device, and a computer-readable medium provides transmission rate switching applied to a first device that communicates with a second device through a Bluetooth physical channel. The method includes: determining a link quality of the Bluetooth physical channel; determining based on a preset correspondence between link quality and a transmission rate, target transmission rates corresponding to the link quality, the target transmission rates including a first sending rate and a second sending rate; setting a rate of sending information to the second device through the Bluetooth physical channel to the first sending rate; and sending first control information to the second device, the first control information indicating to indicate the second device to set a rate of sending information to the first device through the Bluetooth physical channel to the second sending rate. This can quickly complete transmission rate switching, and reduce signaling overheads.

Dependent claims

A transmission rate switching method applied to a first device that communicates with a second device through a Bluetooth physical channel, the method comprising:

determining, by the first device, a link quality of the Bluetooth physical channel:
determining, by the first device, based on a preset correspondence between the link quality and a transmission rate, target transmission rates corresponding to the link quality, the target transmission rates including a first sending rate and a second sending rate;
setting, by the first device, a rate of sending information to the second device through the Bluetooth physical channel to the first sending rate;
and
sending, by the first device, first control information to the second device, the first control information indicating to the second device to set a rate of sending information to the first device through the Bluetooth physical channel to the second sending rate.

wherein the baseband controller is configured to
determine a link quality of the Bluetooth physical channel;
