Abstract
Embodiments for entity transaction interaction analysis and summarization by a processor. Transaction elements relating to one or more entity transaction interactions may be identifies and extracted from one or more communications. The transaction elements may be combined with one or more transaction opportunities and transaction historical data to provide a transaction summary.

A method for entity transaction interaction analysis and summarization by a processor, comprising:
- identifying and extracting transaction elements relating to one or more entity transaction interactions from one or more communications;
- and
- combining the transaction elements with one or more transaction opportunities and transaction historical data to provide a transaction summary.
A system for automated entity transaction interaction analysis and summarization, comprising:
- one or more computers with executable instructions that when executed cause the system to:
- identify and extract transaction elements relating to one or more entity transaction interactions from one or more communications;
- and
- combine the transaction elements with one or more transaction opportunities and transaction historical data to provide a transaction summary.
A computer program product for automated entity transaction interaction analysis and summarization by a processor, the computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program code portions stored therein, the computer-readable program code portions comprising:
- an executable portion that identifies and extracts transaction elements relating to one or more entity transaction interactions from one or more communications;
- and
- an executable portion that combines the transaction elements with one or more transaction opportunities and transaction historical data to provide a transaction summary.
