Information processing device, application software start-up system, and application software start-up method

An information processing device, comprising:

• a dynamic biometric information acquisition sensor that acquires dynamic biometric information from a body of a user;
• a wireless communication interface is configured to:
• transmits the acquired dynamic biometric information to another information processing device;
• and
• perform communication relating to an authentication result based on static biometric information with the other information processing device;
• a processor that:
• executes an unlock operation to unlock the information processing device in response to the communication relating the authentication result;
• acquires the dynamic biometric information from the dynamic biometric information acquisition sensor after unlocking;
• and
• maintains the unlocked state during a condition that the dynamic biometric information can be acquired,
• wherein the wireless communication interface is configured to transmit the dynamic biometric information to the other information processing device via wireless communications such that the dynamic biometric information is used to determine a state of the user and generate information for display on the other information processing device, and
• wherein the dynamic biometric information is continuously acquired after the information processing device is unlocked and the wireless communication interface is configured to transmit the dynamic biometric information to the other information processing device continuously or based on starting of an application on the other information processing device.
