Interactive remote guidance system for seaborne vessels

A method for remote assistance of a sea vessel, the method comprising:

• receiving, at an off-shore computing device from an on-shore computing device, action instructions for a sea vessel, the action instructions based at least in part on location information of the sea vessel and surveyed data of a seafloor environment proximate the location information of the sea vessel;
• sending data to be displayed at a display device, wherein the data includes information of the sea vessel and at least one deployment device connected to the sea vessel;
• and
• in response to a determination, based at least on part on the action instructions, that the at least one deployment device should be deployed from the sea vessel, deploying the at least one deployment device.

At least one non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:

• receive, from an on-shore computing device, action instructions for a sea vessel, the action instructions based at least in part on location information of the sea vessel and surveyed data of a seafloor environment proximate the location information of the sea vessel;
• send data to be displayed at a display device, wherein the data includes information of the sea vessel and at least one deployment device connected to the sea vessel;
• and
• in response to a determination, based at least on part on the action instructions, that the at least one deployment device should be deployed from the sea vessel, deploy the at least one deployment device.
