• X is N or CH;
• Y is O, S or NH;
• each Ra and Rb is independently C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 hydroxyalkyl or C1-6alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl-;
• or Ra and Rb, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form C3-8 cycloalkane or 3-8 membered heterocycle;
• each R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 is independently H, deuterium, F, Cl, Br, I, hydroxy, amino, nitro, cyano, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 aminoalkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkylamino, C1-6 haloalkoxy or C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl;
• each R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 is independently H, deuterium, F, Cl, Br, I, hydroxy, amino, nitro, cyano, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 hydroxyalkyl, C1-6 aminoalkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkylamino, C1-6 haloalkoxy or C1-6 alkoxy-C1-6 alkyl or C3-8 cycloalkyl;
