A compound of Formula (I′):

• wherein:
• is phenyl or a C2-C9heteroaryl ring;
• X is C(R11) or N;
• L1 is C1-C6alkyl or C1-C6heteroalkyl;
• L2 is a bond, C1-C6alkyl, or C1-C6heteroalkyl;
• R1 is C3-C9alkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C2-C6alkynyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C2-C9heterocycloalkyl, or C2-C9heteroaryl, wherein C3-C9alkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C2-C6alkynyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C2-C9heterocycloalkyl, or C2-C9heteroaryl are optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 R5;
• R2 is —C(═O)OR6,
• each R3 is independently selected from halogen, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6haloalkyl, C1-C6heteroalkyl, —OR7, —N(R7)2, —CN, —C(═O)R8, —C(═O)OR7, —C(═O)N(R7)2, —NR7C(═O)R8, —NR7S(═O)2R8, —S(═O)2R8, and —S(═O)2N(R7)2;
• R4 is hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl, or C1-C6heteroalkyl;
• each R5 is independently selected from halogen, oxo, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6haloalkyl, C1-C6heteroalkyl, —OR7, —N(R7)2, —CN, —C(═O)R8, —C(═O)OR7, —C(═O)N(R7)2, —NR7C(═O)R8, —NR7S(═O)2R8, —S(═O)2R8, and —S(═O)2N(R7)2;
• R6 is hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl optionally substituted with 1 or 2 Y, C3-C6cycloalkyl optionally substituted with 1 or 2 Y, C2-C9heterocycloalkyl optionally substituted with C1-C6alkyl, or —C1-C6alkyl-C2-C9heterocycloalkyl optionally substituted with C1-C6alkyl;
• each Y is independently selected from —CN, —OR9, —SR9, and —N(R10)2;
• each R7 is independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C1-C6haloalkyl, and C1-C6heteroalkyl;
• each R8 is independently selected from C1-C6alkyl, C2-C6alkenyl, C1-C6heteroalkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, and C2-C9heterocycloalkyl;
• each R9 is independently selected from hydrogen and C1-C6alkyl;
• each R10 is independently selected from hydrogen and C1-C6alkyl;
• R11 is hydrogen or C1-C6alkyl optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 R5;
• R12 is hydrogen, halogen, or C1-C6alkyl;
• R13 is C1-C6alkyl;
• R14 is —OH, —C(═O)H, or —C(═O)OR15;
• R15 is hydrogen or C1-C6alkyl;
• n is 0, 1, 2, or 3;
• p is 0, 1, or 2;
• and
