A compound of Formula (I):

• wherein:
• X is selected from the group of F and CI;
• Y is selected from the group of —CH2—, —CH2—CH2—, and —CH2(CH3)—;
• R1 is selected from the group of:
• a) —CH3;
• b) n-propyl;
• c) C4-C20 linear or branched alkyl;
• d) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkylene)-C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• e) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkylene)-C3-C6 heterocyclyl;
• f) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkylene)-C3-C6 cycloalkene;
• g) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkylene)-phenyl;
• h) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkylene)-naphthyl;
• i) C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• j) C3-C6 heterocyclyl;
• k) C3-C6 cycloalkene;
• l) phenyl;
• m) naphthyl;
• n) C2-C20 linear or branched alkene;
• o) —(C2-C20 linear or branched alkenylene)-C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• p) —(C2-C20 linear or branched alkenylene)-C3-C6 heterocycle;
• q) —(C2-C20 linear or branched alkenylene)-C3-C6 cycloalkene;
• r) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkenylene)-phenyl;
• s) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkenylene)-naphthyl;
• t) C2-C20 linear or branched alkyne;
• u) —(C2-C20 linear or branched alkynylene)-C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• v) —(C2-C20 linear or branched alkynylene)-C3-C6 heterocycle;
• w) —(C2-C20 linear or branched alkynylene)-C3-C6 cycloalkene;
• x) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkynylene)-phenyl;
• y) —(C4-C20 branched or linear alkynylene)-naphthyl;
• and
• z) —CH2—CH2O—)1-5—R2;
• wherein the branched alkyl chain of c), the branched alkylene chain of groups d), e), f), and g), the branched alkenylene groups of o), p), q), r), and s), and the branched alkynylene groups of u), v), w), x), and y) are substituted with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 substituents selected from the group of C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C2-C6 alkynyl, C3-C6 cycloalkyl, —(C1-C3 alkylene)-C3-C6 cycloalkyl, 3-6 membered heterocyclyl groups, and —(C1-C3 alkylene)-3-6 membered heterocyclyl;
• and
• R2 is selected from the group of methyl and ethyl;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
