Abstract
Combination compositions and kits comprising an analgesic and an antihistamine are provided as well as methods of use in treating sunburn.
Claims20
A product for treatment of a sunburn in a subject in need thereof, the product comprising 3 to 40 oral dosage units, wherein each oral dosage unit comprises about 400 mg of ibuprofen, about 4 mg of chlorpheniramine, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
A product for treatment of a sunburn in a subject in need thereof, the product comprising 3 to 40 oral dosage units, wherein each oral dosage unit comprises about 200 mg to about 600 mg of ibuprofen, about 2 mg to about 6 mg of chlorpheniramine, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
A product for treatment of a sunburn in a subject in need thereof, the product comprising 3 to 40 oral dosage units, wherein each oral dosage unit comprises about 50 mg to about 800 mg of ibuprofen, about 1 mg to about 8 mg of chlorpheniramine, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient;
- and wherein each oral dosage unit is free of an additional active agent.
