A backpack with magnetic back-panel is provided and configured to enable a user to store their valuable and fragile belongings in the backpack and use the magnetic back-panel to securely store the backpack against any metal structure. With this magnetic feature, the backpack can be positioned vertically or horizontally on metal structures to give the user a plethora of options to position at their desired setting.
