Abstract
Method of identifying a product which comprises cellulose, wherein in the method a data set is determined which is indicative for multiple constituents of the product or a preform of the product, and the data set which is correlated with the product or the preform is stored in a database.

Method of identifying a product which comprises cellulose, wherein the method comprises:
- determining a data set which is indicative for multiple constituents of the product or a preform of the product;
- storing the data set which is correlated with the product or the preform in a database,
- wherein the multiple constituents relate to intrinsic non-cellulosic constituents of the product or the preform.
Use of an information which is measured and stored in a database, with respect to at least one intrinsic non-cellulosic constituent, in particular an information with respect to a combination concerning multiple intrinsic non-cellulosic constituents of a cellulose product which is manufactured from recycled old textiles, or a molded body from which the cellulose product was manufactured, as a code for identifying an origin of the cellulose product or the molded body.
