A method for the treatment of cancer in a patient in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula S-(34):
- wherein the cancer is selected from the group consisting of astrocytoma, craniopharyngioma, glioma, ependymoma, neuroglioma, oligodendroglioma, glioblastoma multiforme, meningioma, medulloblastoma, and a primitive neuroectoderm.
