A method of making a coated article, comprising:

• forming a first conductive layer over a first surface of a substrate comprising:
• applying a first tin precursor material to form a first region, and
• applying a second tin precursor material different from the first tin precursor material over the first tin precursor material to form a second region;
• wherein the first layer has a lower haze compared to the second layer.

A method of making a coated article, comprising:

• forming a first conductive layer over a first surface of a substrate comprising:
• applying a first tin precursor material to form a first region, and
• applying a second tin precursor material different from the first tin precursor material over the first tin precursor material to form a second region;
• wherein the second layer has a lower sheet resistance compared to the first layer.
