A data receiving method, comprising:

• determining a preset demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port ordering rule;
• and
• receiving one or more transmitted data layers mapped to one or more DMRS ports according to the preset DMRS port ordering rule.

A data transmission apparatus, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is configured to store program instructions, and the processor is configured to call the program instructions stored in the memory, and execute the following steps according to obtained programs:

• determining a preset demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port ordering rule;
• and
• mapping one or more data layers to one or more DMRS ports used in transmission according to the preset DMRS port ordering rule, and sending the one or more data layers to a terminal.
