Abstract

When a UL control channel of a time duration shorter than those of legacy LTE systems (e.g., LTE Rel. 8 to 13) is introduced, a UL data channel is appropriately transmitted while improving resource use efficiency. A user terminal according to the present invention includes: a receiving section that receives Downlink Control Information (DCI); and a control section that controls transmission of an Uplink (UL) data channel in a first resource indicated by the DCI, and a second resource for an Uplink (UL) control channel is reserved in at least part of the first resource such that the UL data channel is not transmitted by a non-contiguous frequency resource.
