Systems, methods, and apparatus for personal medical record keeping

A system for aggregating one or more medical records, the system comprising:

• a communication network;
• a server computer coupled to the communication network, the server computer storing a database of personal medical records associated with one or more users;
• a plurality of client computers coupled to the communication network in communication with the server computer, at least one of the plurality of client computers to
• periodically receive vital signs data and/or diagnostic test results;
• periodically receive medical data in response to a medical examination performed by a health care practitioner;
• and
• receive user parameters;
• wherein the server computer
• aggregates two or more of the vital signs data, the diagnostic test results, the medical data, and the user parameters together into a single personal medical record;
• associates the single personal medical record with a user;
• and
• stores the single personal medical record into the database of personal medical records.

A computer apparatus for aggregating one or more medical records, the computer apparatus comprising:

• a processor to execute instructions,
• a memory device coupled to the processor, the memory device storing instructions for execution by the processor to cause the processor to perform:
• periodically receiving vital signs data, and/or diagnostic test results;
• periodically receiving medical data in response to a medical examination performed by a health care practitioner;
• receiving user parameters;
• and
• aggregating at least two of the vital signs data, the diagnostic test results, the medical data, and the user parameters into a single medical record, wherein the aggregating is performed over time for comparison to medical standard values of the data.
