- a substrate having at least one curved portion with a curved side edge;

- a plurality of gate driving units disposed along the curved side edge.
A tiled display device, comprising:
- a first substrate having at least one first curved portion with a curved side edge;
- a second substrate having at least one second curved portion with a curved side edge;
- and
- a plurality of gate driving units disposed along the curved side edge of the at least one first curved portion or the curved side edge of the least one second curved portion.
