Leg gasketing cuff with tackifier-free adhesive

A disposable absorbent article for wearing about the lower torso of a wearer, the disposable absorbent article comprising:

• a first waist region, a second waist region, a crotch region disposed between the first and second waist regions;
• a first waist edge and a second waist edge;
• and a first longitudinal edge and a second longitudinal edge, the disposable absorbent article comprising a chassis comprising:
• 1) a topsheet;
• 2) a backsheet comprising a polymeric film;
• 3) an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet;
• wherein the polymeric film is at least 20 mm more narrow than the chassis;
• wherein an opacity strengthening patch is disposed on the backsheet;
• wherein the opacity strengthening patch is connected to one of the group consisting of the leg gasketing system, the polymeric film layer, and the backsheet by an adhesive;
• wherein the adhesive comprises:
• an amorphous polyolefin composition, and
• a heterophase polyolefin composition comprising an amorphous character and crystalline blocks;
• and
• wherein the adhesive is substantially tackifier-free.
