Abstract
Provided is a stretchable cosmetic sheet which includes a non-woven fabric, an elastomer film, and a release layer, wherein fibers in the non-woven fabric are adhered to the elastomer film, the release layer is formed on a surface of the elastomer film, and the cosmetic sheet does not tend to stick to members such as a cutting blade or a storage container when contacting the same. Also provided is a cosmetic article which comprises a storage container for containing the cosmetic sheet, wherein the cosmetic sheet is contained in the storage container.

A cosmetic sheet comprising a nonwoven fabric having stretching property, an elastomer film and a release layer, wherein fibers included in the nonwoven fabric are bonded to the elastomer film, and the release layer is formed on the surface of the elastomer film.
