Structure of sign pole and sign pole

A structure of a sign pole used in a state planted on a ground in an upright state comprising:

• a sign pole which is formed by a tubular member having a first outer diameter, a first inner diameter, and a first thickness, the first outer diameter having a substantially constant value;
• and
• a flange portion which is formed outside of an outer periphery of the sign pole,
• wherein the sign pole includes a first thick portion having a second thickness larger than the first thickness while maintaining the first outer diameter in a first range from a first position near a level of a ground surface to a second position located a predetermined distance above the level of the ground surface, and
• wherein the sign pole includes a portion that has a thickness gradually decreasing in an upward direction from a thickness of the second position to the first thickness in a position above the second position.
