• a communication control unit that performs communication control for a terminal, the terminal concurrently coupling a base station of a first operator and a base station of a second operator wirelessly,
• a cell group of the base station of the first operator and a cell group of the base station of the second operator being different from each other,
• the communication control unit communicating with the terminal on a basis of setting information from the base station of the first operator.

A communication apparatus comprising

• a communication control unit that performs communication control for a terminal, the terminal concurrently coupling a base station of a first operator and a base station of a second operator wirelessly,
• a cell group of the base station of the first operator and a cell group of the base station of the second operator being different from each other,
• the communication control unit transmitting setting information regarding the base station of the second operator to the terminal.

A communication apparatus comprising

• a communication control unit that performs communication control for a terminal, the terminal concurrently coupling a base station of a first operator and a base station of a second operator wirelessly,
• a cell group of the base station of the first operator and a cell group of the base station of the second operator being different from each other,
• the communication control unit transmitting setting information for communicating with the terminal to the base station of the second operator.

A communication control method comprising

• performing, by a processor, control to concurrently couple a base station of a first operator and a base station of a second operator wirelessly,
• a cell group of the base station of the first operator and a cell group of the base station of the second operator being different from each other,
• the processor receiving setting information regarding the base station of the second operator from the base station of the first operator.

A communication control method comprising

• performing, by a processor, communication control for a terminal, the terminal concurrently coupling a base station of a first operator and a base station of a second operator wirelessly,
• a cell group of the base station of the first operator and a cell group of the base station of the second operator being different from each other,
• the processor performing control to communicate with the terminal on a basis of setting information from the base station of the first operator.
