Method for transmitting or receiving signal in wireless communication system and device therefor

A method of receiving an uplink signal by a base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

• transmitting a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration for SPS based uplink reception repetition to a user equipment;
• and
• repeatedly receiving first SPS uplink data based on the SPS configuration from the user equipment,
• wherein, in a state in which reception of second SPS uplink data overlaps, in a time domain, with repeated reception of the first SPS uplink data which is ongoing, the base station continues the ongoing repeated reception of the first SPS uplink data without the reception of the second SPS uplink data.

A user equipment of transmitting an uplink signal in a wireless communication system, the user equipment comprising:

• a transceiver;
• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one computer memory that is operably connectable to the at least one processor and that stores instructions which, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
• receiving, via the transceiver, a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration for SPS based uplink transmission repetition;
• and
• repeatedly transmitting, via the transceiver, first SPS uplink data based on the SPS configuration;
• wherein the operations comprise:
• in a state in which transmission of second SPS uplink data overlaps, in a time domain, with repeated transmission of the first SPS uplink data which is ongoing, continuing the ongoing repeated transmission of the first SPS uplink data without the transmission of the second SPS uplink data.
